本服务仅提供技术平台。用户之间发生的交易、纠纷、损失，由当事人自行处理与承担。本服务作为平台方将在力所能及范围内协助协调。
本服务有权根据业务调整修改本协议，修改后将在 App 内公告。继续使用本服务视为接受修改后的协议。

Velvet (hereinafter "the Service") is a content sharing and local social application. This agreement is between you (hereinafter "User") and the Service operator and takes effect when you register for or use the Service.

The Service provides a technical platform only. Any transactions, disputes, or losses between users are the responsibility of those users. The Service will assist with coordination to the extent reasonably possible.
The Service may modify these terms as the business evolves. Modified terms will be announced within the app. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
